# Home and group Orbs
> An Orb is a space for plans, bucket lists and memories. You have one that is only yours, and one for each group you plan with.

## Home

Home is yours alone. It’s made when you sign up and named after you. Nobody else sees what’s in it, and it can’t be shared or deleted. Your calendar shows here too, if you bring one in.

## Groups

Every other Orb is a group, of two people or more. What you add to a group is seen by the people in it.

To start one:

1. Tap your Orb’s name at the top.
2. Tap **Start a new Orb**.
3. Name it, then invite people.

A new group says **Waiting for someone to join** until the first person joins. Then it opens, and you can plan in it.

## Joining a group

Open the invite link someone sent you. Or tap your Orb’s name at the top, then **Join with a code**, and paste the link or type the code.

## Leaving a group

Tap your Orb’s name at the top, open the group’s settings, and tap **Leave this Orb**. The others keep the group as it is. You keep a copy of what was there when you left, to look at but not change. It’s under **Past Orbs**.
