Forgot your password

Get a link by email and choose a new one.

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
2. Type the email you signed up with and tap Send reset link.
3. Open the email from Fordays and tap the link.
4. Choose a new password, at least 6 characters, and tap Save password.

The email didn’t come

• Look in your spam or junk folder.
• Check it’s the email you signed up with.
• Wait a minute before asking again. Asking several times in a row is refused.

An email you didn’t ask for

If a reset email arrives and you didn’t ask for it, you can ignore it. Your password only changes if the link in it is used.
